Upper Room Tabernacle Vision

THE UPPER ROOM VISION

IT IS MY VISION, that the UPPER ROOM TABERNACLE be a place where the gospel

Is faithfully preached in order that lost souls will come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

IT IS MY VISION, that every member of the UPPER ROOM TABERNACLE be actively

Involved in the “MINISTRY” of the church. No born-again believer should be dormant in the church.

“MINISTER” means “servant” Which means that everyone can minister, because everyone can serve.

IT IS MY VISION, that the members of UPPER ROOM would grow in grace and in the

Knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through: Personal bible study and prayer,

As well as through attending Bible Study, Sunday School and through hearing and

Receiving the Word of God as it is ministered by faithful men and women of God.

IT IS MY VISION, that the UPPER ROOM TABERNACLE would be actively involved

In Evangelism by whatever means available.

                                                                                                           a.      Through personal (one to one) witnessing.

                                                                                                           b.      Through outdoor services (tent meetings).

                                                                                                           c.      Through door-to-door evangelism.

                                                                                                           d.      Through going into the jails and prisons.

                                                                                                           e.      Through going into hospitals and nursing homes.

                                                                                                           f.       Through the Tape Ministry, TV, Radio, Internet, etc.

IT IS MY VISION, that the UPPER ROOM TABERNACLE would be actively involved

Financially as well as personally in supporting both HOME AND FOREIGN missions.

IT IS MY VISION, that the UPPER ROOM TABERNACLE would be active in

Transferring the KINGDOM agenda in every facet of our lives.

PROGRAMS TO BE DEVELOPED

A.      Financial freedom (How to be debt free).

B.      Martial responsibilities (For husbands and wives).

C.      Singles (How to be single, holy and happy).

D.      Single Parents (Dealing with children).

E.      Addictions (Smoking, gambling, sexual, drugs, alcohol).

F.      The strong willed child (How to handle unruly children, teenagers).

G.     Being unequally yoked (How to act toward the lost).

H.     Personal anxieties (How to handle: discouragement, loneliness, fear, guilt, worry,

Resentment, bitterness, etc.).

This list could go on and on, however, we (as Christians) must deal with life from a

Different set of principles than the world. e.g. (abortions, rape, prisoners, etc..).

IT IS MY VISION, to see the church grow, as God so desires.
